FOR INDEPENDENT DESIGNERS & FASHION BRANDS
Product Development Sprint
Bring us a sketch, a mood board or a rough sample. In a focused sprint we take it from concept to CAD to physical prototypes, and hand you a production-ready pack your own manufacturer can build from.
Who it is for
Designers and brands launching jewellery, accessories or hardware who need a product that is properly engineered before it goes to volume production. You keep full ownership of every design and file, and our NDA is signed before you share the details.
How the sprint works
-
01 · Brief & NDA
We sign an NDA, then walk through your idea, materials, target cost and the manufacturer you plan to use.
-
02 · Concept & CAD
Our designers turn sketches or samples into precise 3D models, checking proportions, wearability and manufacturability as we go.
-
03 · Printed prototypes
We 3D-print prototypes so you can hold, try on and test the design, then refine it until it is right.
-
04 · Production pack
You leave with everything a manufacturer needs to quote and produce: final files, drawings and specifications.
Work alongside us in Bangkok
Many designers choose to run the sprint in person, working directly with our CAD designers and model makers at the atelier over a few days. Decisions that take weeks by email happen in an afternoon at the bench. Remote sprints are also available.
What you leave with
-
Production-ready CAD
Clean, final 3D files prepared for casting or manufacture.
-
Technical drawings
Dimensioned drawings your manufacturer can quote and work from.
-
Material & finish specs
Metals, stones, plating and surface finishes, clearly specified.
-
Physical prototypes
Approved samples to use as the reference for production.
Questions
Do I need CAD files to start?
No. Hand sketches, reference images or a physical sample are all fine starting points. If you already have files, we can work from those.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Designs, CAD files and prototypes remain your property, are archived separately from our own work and are never reused or shown to anyone else. Our NDA is signed before you share detailed designs.
Can you also produce the final pieces?
The sprint is designed to hand off to your volume manufacturer. For small runs and high-value pieces, we can also produce in our own atelier. Ask us when you send your outline.
How fast is a sprint?
It depends on scale and detail. A simple design, such as a pair of frames, can go from sketch to 3D-printed prototype in a matter of days. Intricate or large pieces can take weeks or months. We would rather tell you honestly up front, so every proposal includes a realistic, dated timeline before any work begins.
What does it cost?
Cost depends on the number of designs and their complexity. After the NDA and a first conversation, we send a written proposal with a full cost breakdown.
