How we work with you

  • Finish samples first

    You choose metals, patinas and surface finishes from physical samples, not screen images.

  • Approved mock-up

    We make a mock-up for your sign-off before the full run begins, so there are no surprises on site.

  • Consistent across the run

    Every piece is checked against the approved reference so a set of twenty looks like a set.

  • Fits standard hardware

    Fittings are made to work with standard mechanisms and mounting, so your installer is not caught out.

Questions

Is there a minimum quantity?

No. We make single pieces as well as small runs. Most interior projects are runs of a few pieces to a few dozen.

Can you work from our drawings?

Yes. We can work from architectural drawings, CAD files or design intent sketches, and develop the technical detail with you.

Will the pieces work with our installer's hardware?

We confirm mechanisms, fixings and mounting details during the mock-up stage so the finished pieces fit the hardware specified for your project.

Are our designs kept confidential?

Yes. Our NDA is signed before you share detailed designs. Your designs, files and moulds remain your property and are never reused or shown to anyone else.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the piece, the finish and the quantity. After a first conversation we send a written proposal with timing for samples, mock-up and the full run.
