Shipping Policy

Last updated: March 2026

At Epilogue, we manage the logistics of every order with the same precision we apply to fabrication and sourcing. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and responsibilities once goods leave our atelier or partner facilities.

1. Shipping Coverage

Epilogue ships globally from our atelier in Bangkok, Thailand. Delivery destinations and any applicable restrictions will be confirmed at the time of quotation. For orders involving oversized, high-tolerance, or fragile components, we will recommend appropriate freight solutions on a per-project basis.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the engagement:

  • Inventory & stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom fabrication & project-based orders: lead times are determined by the scope of each project and will be confirmed in writing at the time of order. Epilogue will provide milestone updates throughout the production process.

Epilogue is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, or third-party carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with a curated network of freight and courier partners selected for reliability and handling standards appropriate to precision goods. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed prior to dispatch. For high-value or fragile shipments, we recommend and default to insured freight options.

4. Pricing & Shipping Costs

All quoted prices cover manufacturing costs only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a project brief or quotation. Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable clearance fees are calculated separately and will be itemised in a supplementary invoice prior to dispatch. All costs are invoiced in the agreed project currency.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, the client is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in the destination country. Epilogue will provide accurate commercial invoices and supporting documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance, but cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.

6. Risk & Insurance

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon handover to the nominated carrier. For high-value shipments, Epilogue strongly recommends cargo insurance. We can arrange insured freight on your behalf — please request this at the time of order confirmation.

7. Transit Damage

If goods arrive damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the claims process. Transit damage claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery and must include photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the affected goods.

8. Tracking & Dispatch Notification

You will receive a dispatch notification including tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier. For freight shipments, a Bill of Lading or Air Waybill will be provided as applicable.

9. Packaging Standards

All goods are packaged to a standard appropriate for their fragility, weight, and transit distance. Bespoke or high-tolerance components are packed with additional protective measures. If you have specific packaging requirements, please communicate these at the time of order.
