NDA & REVIEW
We reply within 48 hours and send our NDA for signature. Once it is in place, you share the full brief and our senior team reviews complexity, materials and timing.

WRITTEN PROPOSAL
You receive a proposal setting out scope, materials, production stages, a dated timeline and a full cost breakdown. Nothing starts until you approve it.
DELIVERABLE: PROPOSAL & COSTING

WORK BEGINS
Once approved, a senior artisan team is assigned to your project and you receive updates at each agreed stage.
